Thank you for shopping with Estate Treasures.
Due to the nature of vintage and estate items, each piece is unique and may show minor signs of age, wear, or imperfections. These characteristics are considered part of the item’s charm and are clearly reflected in photos and descriptions.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns in the following situations:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was sent
To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
- The item received
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will review each case and may offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor imperfections consistent with vintage condition
- Items that have been used or altered after delivery
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
